Mindful Yoga is the combination or Mindfulness and Hatha Yoga. It supports mind, body, spiritual & emotional health and wellbeing.

My life crashed to be honest and I started to see the benefits of mindfulness. I new I had to implement new ways of being, new ways of living as my body went through this changing time.
The Mindful Menopause Method with Catherine, is a result of my personal experience and professional background.
It offers women tools to implement into your lifestyle that is a natural, but powerful, approach that can support women during peri - menopause, through menopause and after.
