Mindful Yoga Class Timetable 2025
Mindful Yoga is the combination or Mindfulness and Hatha Yoga. It supports mind, body, spiritual & emotional health and wellbeing.
Mindful Yoga helps you to: Strengthen the body · Focus the mind · Improve posture and balance · relax · reduce stress and tension · Connects you to breath, body and present moment awareness and nurtures inner peace.
Mindful Yoga Classes create time for you to tune inwards and let go of external busyness. An individual practice in a group experience, where we listen to the body, come back to balance and feel more centred.

I am passionate about improving health & wellness in a holistic way. I created this membership in 2025 to support women in these challenging times.
Transformation is possible, empowerment is possible, healing is possible, when we decide to change. When we decide we have had enough of just surviving. and wish to choose a diffrent way of being.
I understand the importance of connecting to body & breath awareness, to creating peace and calm in a busy, over stimulated world,. It starts with the self.
